Abraham Harris, III has been in the ministry for 25 years.  At age 52 he feels yet invigorated.  Pastor Harris has been working in the gospel field in many areas.  He was a Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Host of an Urban Gospel Video show called Gospel Flava and the Host of a Syndicated Radio Program called Gospel Grooves that reached as far as London, England.

Pastor Harris has also spent many hours counseling the youth in special programs. As a playwright he has produced great plays for several ministries

He is the Overseer of ministries in Latin American countries.  Because of this work on March 22, 2007 he was consecrated as a Bishop over the City of Refuge International Ministries by Dr. E.V. Hill, Jr. of Los Angeles, California, Bishop J.C. McGee and Bishop Jeff Ruffin, both of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pastor Harris is also an author whose book The Struggle Within is set for worldwide distribution this fall.

Pastor Harris is a visionary, great teacher and powerful preacher.  He loves people and his only desire is that we can come together in love!

His wife Evonne Taylor-Harris works by his side.  He is the father of five and the grandfather of eight.
